Gift Voucher

Vouchers start from £25. You can choose to select a monetary value voucher or purchase a session. 

Gift Vouchers can be used to part pay or fully pay for a Maternity, Newborn, Family, Milestone or Simply You session only. These sessions can take place at Apple Tree Studio, KT6 or at the Family Home (additional travel charges will apply for locations outside a 3 mile radius from my home address in KT6) or in Bushy or Richmond Park (other locations can be agreed but may incur an additional travel charge). 

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Sessions must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance and are subject to  availability. 

The Gift Voucher number must be supplied at time of booking. 

Sessions will be held at a time and location agreed by the photographer. 

All Studio sessions take place at Apple Tree Studio, KT6. 

Outside sessions will take place in Richmond or Bushy park, other locations may incur a travel fee. 

At Home Sessions can take place within a 3 mile radius of KT6, outside of this will incur an additional fee. 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12months from purchase and a session must be booked within these 12 months. 

Gift Vouchers are not valid for any type of Mini or Tiny or Christmas session run by Sophie Day Photography. 

Gift Vouchers can only be used once and only used against the sessions mentioned. No cash refunds will be given.

Sophie Day Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and replacement is at the sole discretion of Sophie Day Photography. Refunds will not be given for a gift voucher.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and are non-transferable. 

Gift Vouchers may not be sold and may not be used in sales or promotional activities including giveaways, or prizes in competitions without Sophie Day Photography's prior consent. 

Sophie Day photography reserves the right to cancel any gift voucher that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.

Please ensure you have read the Photoshoot Terms and Conditions before buying a voucher and booking a session. Sessions will not be booked  unless  these Terms and Conditions are agreed to. Without agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the gift voucher holder does not have the rights to any services provided by Sophie Day Photography, and does not have the right to use the gift voucher in exchange for any photographic or print services.

Gift vouchers are issued and remain the property of Sophie Day Photography.

Sophie Day Photography reserves the right to amend these gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time with no prior notice.

Cancellation: The gift voucher will be forfeited if the holder does not attend their Session. Rescheduling, and carrying over your gift voucher may be considered where (1) more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given and (2) if there is a genuine reason beyond your control. Any such rescheduling and carrying-over is entirely at the sole discretion of Sophie Day Photography.

Digital files from a photo session remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
